Things aren't going too well in the year 2009. The economy is crumbling, unemployment is at an all time low, and the general attitude of the world is quite bleak. This poster series focuses on the good and the bad, the optimistic and the pessimistic, and the hoorays and uh-ohs that the American population is currently discussing. Our project aims to bring a humor to both sides of the issue. Times are tough, and it's rough out there in the real world. However, the people of the United States are pressing through and changing history with the recent election and efforts to preserve land, water, and energy. We hope our images not only inspire the viewers, but get them to laugh and help them see the positive that can exist within the negative.
